What is the goal of the project?

The aim of “EDU-Facilitation” is to develop youth worker’s and educator’s facilitation and communication skills to create and facilitate meaningful learning experiences like workshop, trainings, courses etc.

What will you learn ?

– use experiential learning and facilitation skills in education
– plan, design and facilitate your experiential learning activity
– apply Kolb’s experiential learning cycle as a learning tool
– utilize challenge-based and game-based learning processes
– communicate effectively with active listening for understanding
– connect with yourself and others through body movement
– give and receive factual feedback for improvement
– practice self-care and well-being techniques

Methods applied in the project:

– non-formal education with self-engagement and active participation
– facilitative approach of group communication and processes
– Kolb cycle of experiential Learning with reflection
– challenge and game-based learning
– body expression and embodiment
– non-violent communication
