TC: Start-up camp: Find your Ikigai

Do you have some business ideas in your mind but don’t feel like starting yet? Is it because you are missing courage or some skills? Or do you simply need the final push and a business plan on the canvas? 30 people from all around Europe were in the same situation! And they joined us for an intense week full of workshops, turned ideas into solid business plans, and strangers into great friends!

What was the project about?

The aim of this training course was to positively change the attitudes of young people towards each of the basic principles of entrepreneurship. To provide you with knowledge and competence which would help you to decide whether you are the right one for opening your own business. To eventually help you with your first entrepreneurial steps.

What is this IKIGAI?

Have you found your Ikigai?

Now you are thinking: “What the h*ll is this Ikigai about?”

Good question. It’s a Japanese concept that means your ‘reason for being.’ It’s what brings you joy and inspires you to get out of bed every day. You found your Ikigai when your business or occupation includes these four qualities:

* What you love

* What you’re good at

* What you can be paid for

* What the world needs

It ain’t easy to find them all. But it’s worth it.

That’s why we’ve been so happy for a chance to organize this Erasmus+ Training course called Startup camp: Find your Ikigai.

30 young people from all over Europe (and beyond) experienced a one-in-a-lifetime week full of self-discovery, business skills workshops, and entrepreneurial sessions with a clear goal: FIND THE IKIGAI and turn it into a feasible business idea.
